**Location**:Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (Hwy 401/403/410 Area)

**About Nett Technologies**:
The company is an ISO 9001-2015 certified metal fabrication manufacturer and has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Manager. The company designs and manufactures a full range of engine exhaust systems as well as fabricated metal components for various industries.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Internal and external quality complaint resolutions using root cause analysis and the implementation of appropriate corrective actions
- Review, propose and implement opportunities for improvements to the existing Quality Assurance System
- Drive operational accountabilities by identifying and implementing best in class standards and processes
- Oversee and occasionally perform periodic quality inspections of products
- Analyze non-conforming products and implement solutions to correct the root cause problem
- Demonstrate ability to execute projects in fast-paced environment and ensure that all quality reporting is completed timely and accurately
- Work closely with operations to maximize product quality/reliability and minimize cost through the improvement/evolution of processes and standards to best in class benchmarks while optimizing waste
- Provide leadership and vision to the management team to help drive results and meet production quality and safety goals

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- BSc in Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years quality control experience in a design/manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CMMs and other inspection tools
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

**Additional Preferred Competencies**:

- Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software
- Exposure to and manufacturing knowledge of engine products/metal fabrication
- Exposure to and knowledge of tool and die design
- Exposure to and knowledge of process and manufacturing automation
- Internal auditor certification
