Math Instructor

We are looking for fun, energetic individuals who have strong math skills and love working with kids Flexible schedule for University Students

We tutor year-round, so this is an opportunity for _regular part-time work_, from 15-20 hours per week. Instruction hours are _Tues to Fri 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Sat 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm_.

Our July & August instruction hours will be _Tues & Thurs 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Wed, Fri, Sat _1:00 pm - 5:00 pm_.

Qualifications:

- A passion for working with kids - patience and an encouraging attitude are key
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and build a rapport with parents, colleagues, and students of all ages.
- Energetic and confident personality
- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, camp counsellor, etc.) _(preferred)_
- Certified teachers, early childhood educators, university students, and graduates from programs with a heavy math content._(preferred)_
