**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support throughout project phases.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Oversee concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity.
- Manage restoration projects, including cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and resource needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
- Collaborate with subcontractors for plumbing, electrical work, roofing, siding, caulking, and other specialized services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring all materials are properly stored.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction or related fields with a strong emphasis on maintenance person skills.
- Proficient in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with framing, siding, windows, and doors, flooring installation, ICF concrete, roofing, drywall and assembly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
