Virtual Customer Service Representative Career Opportunity
The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative for our eCommerce Team within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB.
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing virtual store sales and profitability by effectively managing the administrative component of our customers in store & after sales experience

**As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will**:
Ensure excellent customer relations by responding to customer needs consistent with company standards, culture and business practices
**Ensure efficiency and accuracy in relation to**:
customer orientation
payment management
follow policy and procedures
report maintenance
sales order entry details
stores open order summary
sales order invoice reconciliation
Ensure effective and timely interactions with other departments
Always keep the customers’ best interest in mind
High school diploma, GED or equivalent skills and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, ability to follow through tasks to completion
Over 2 years of experience in customer service environment
Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs
Able to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends and holidays)
May be required to be scheduled for shifts ending at Midnight CST
