Are you passionate about data and its strategic management? Join our Data Office as a Manager, Data Governance and play a key role in establishing sustainable data governance practices across the organization.

Reporting to the Data Office leadership, the Manager, Data Governance is responsible for planning, structuring, and overseeing data governance activities across the organization. They lead a team of professionals specialized in data governance (data quality, metadata, MDM, data cataloging, data management policies, etc.) and ensure that governance policies, standards, and practices are effectively implemented and adhered to across business units.

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards and processes;
- Address multi-disciplinary issues (IT, regulatory, operational) related to data quality, protection, access and use;
- Participate in the definition of data management roles and responsibilities;
- Influence stakeholders to promote a culture of responsible data management;
- Lead a team of data governance professionals and manage the team's individual and collective performance: goal setting, appraisals, skills development.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:
University degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 9 to 12 years of relevant experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices (DAMA, MDM, data quality, metadata).
- Asset: Certifications in data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP).
- Inspiring leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.

Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $105000- $135000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual corporate performance bonus
