MARKETING DATA ANALYST
Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Director, Digital Acquisition, the Marketing Data Analyst will support the teams dedicated to online customer acquisition and marketing performance in the analysis, development and implementation of optimizations, as well as the monitoring of marketing performance for the three (3) banners of La Vie en Rose (la Vie en Rose, Bikini Village and Newex).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced online traffic analysis and make recommendations to adjust the marketing strategy and monitor performance;
- Implement semantic analysis models (MMM, clustering, categorization);
- Develop notions to create advanced models and methods in optimization, modeling, statistics and machine learning (machine learning, deep learning);
- Analyze and solve problems using appropriate programming languages and software;
- Improve dashboards or create new data visualization tools;
- Participate in the maintenance of data pipelines;
- Analyze and explain the results and extract relevant information;
- Perform ongoing monitoring related to reports (access, security, etc.);
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and merchandising teams, as well as the SEM campaigns team to optimize performance with a view to increasing traffic to our web properties.

- Outstanding analyst and modeler: With expertise in Python and SQL, you create and implement advanced analytics models to improve marketing results.
- Passionate about innovation: Your thirst for learning drives you to stay on top of trends in digital marketing and data analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in data science or business analytics or relevant experience in a related field;
- French speaking and writing;
- Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis;
- Highly developed analytical skills to facilitate problem solving and working knowledge of Azure and Synapse cloud platforms;
- Notions in the construction of complex data models or optimization;
- Knowledge of digital marketing or the most popular digital channels such as Google and Meta as well as knowledge of Google Analytics (Certification obtained - An asset);
- Proactivity and ease in putting forward proposals;
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
