**ROI Ads, LLC**, a leading digital marketing company, is seeking a highly skilled **Lead Data Analyst** to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who can dive into data, uncover insights, and drive our marketing strategies forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimize our marketing campaigns
- Conduct predictive analytics to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights from marketing data.
- Leverage predictive analytics to forecast trends and customer behavior. Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of digital marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, social media platforms, ad campaigns, and customer databases.
- Analyze segmentation, lifetime value, and churn analysis, to support data-driven decision-making in marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, visualizations, and reporting systems to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Use Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
- Query databases using SQL to extract valuable information.
- Create compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Provide strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance, optimize marketing strategies, and improve customer targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, data analysts, and IT professionals, to ensure data integrity and implement data-driven strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and techniques in digital marketing analytics and data science, and recommend their adoption where relevant.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data automation and machine learning to streamline marketing processes and drive operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with external vendors or partners, as needed, to leverage their data capabilities and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and support marketing experiments to measure the impact of various initiatives and assess their ROI.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling and protection.

**Qualifications**:

- A Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing analysis.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with SQL and data querying from databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, is desirable.
