**Your Team**:
**A Day in the Life**

As a Supervisor, Airport Operations Support, you will:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement above-the-wing (ATW) and below-the-wing (BTW) procedures, ensuring operational effectiveness and alignment with company standards.
- Support the launch of new routes by overseeing operational readiness and ensuring all stakeholders are prepared for execution.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Flair and third-party ground service providers to ensure consistent adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal and third-party operational processes to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Perform base visits to complete quality assurance checklists, assess ramp and passenger service procedures, and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Deliver on-the-job training and practical demonstrations to third-party staff to ensure proper execution of Flair’s operational standards.
- Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting, and contributing to the resolution of safety-related issues.
- Support investigations into operational incidents, including those involving baggage handling, aircraft damage, or customer service concerns, and contribute to corrective action plans.
- Oversee ramp safety activities, including marshalling, pushback, fueling, and baggage handling, to ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and industry best practices.
- Monitor the use and condition of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide hands-on support during irregular operations (IROPS) and serve as a key point of contact during service disruptions.
- Identify operational trends, highlight strengths, and flag areas of concern across stations to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between stations, internal departments, and external authorities to proactively resolve station-level operational issues.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control programs across Flair’s station network.
- Collaborate with the Airports Training Team to update and enhance training materials and operational documentation based on field observations and feedback.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, passenger experience, and employee engagement.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time performance (OTP), turnaround times, and customer service feedback, to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Promote Flair’s culture and values through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and strong relationships with third-party ground handling partners.
- Partner with the Quality Assurance team to strengthen oversight processes and enhance audit readiness across the network.
- Perform additional duties as required in support of operational excellence.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- IATA Ground Operations or Airport Operations Certification (preferred)
- Ramp Safety or Dangerous Goods Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certificate (may be required by some airport authorities)
- ** Experience**:

- A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in airport operations, including both above the wing (passenger services) and below the wing (ramp operations).
- At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within an airport or airline operational setting.
- Proven experience coordinating with third-party service providers and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Exposure to irregular operations (IROPS), including managing disruptions, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing contingency plans.
- Experience delivering on-the-job training, mentoring staff, or contributing to the development of operational training programs is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations, safety management systems (SMS), and airport authority protocols is considered an asset.
