**Job Duties/Taks**:

- Direct and control daily operations.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Planand organize daily operations.
- Managestaff and assign duties.
- Studymarket research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Determinemerchandise and services to be sold.
- Implementprice and credits policies.
- Locate,select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Developand implement marketing strategies.
- Determinestaffing requirements.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Prepare written estimates of repair costs.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification.
- Professionalism in customer service.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures.
- Plan repair work to be performed.
- Inspectrepaired vehicles.
- Estimate repair cost based on damage examination report.

**Supervision**: 5-10 people

**Terms of Employment**:Permanent employment, Full time

**Wage: $**64,350 annually / 30 hours per Week, Minimum wage is guaranteed

**Skills Requirements**:

- **Education**: A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to automobile repair
- **Experience**: 2 years to less than 3 years
- **Languages**: English
