**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Restore and maintain the appearance of buildings and structures through effective painting techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting is preferred.
- Strong skills in caulking and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with various power tools used in the painting industry.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months
