Job Summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our painting team for full‑time work this summer. Successful candidates will help deliver high‑quality interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial clients. No prior painting experience is required—comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to ensure you develop strong skills and produce excellent results.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools
- Perform residential and commercial painting tasks across various environments, including interior walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, stucco, masonry, and industrial settings
- Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols
- Assist with maintenance tasks such as caulking gaps, sealing joints with caulking compounds or stucco finishes to improve durability and appearance
- Support the team with maintenance person services including basic repairs or troubleshooting as needed
Requirements
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Full time availability
