Are you an organized and detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for supporting diverse teams across multiple locations? We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our operations in BC & Alberta. This role will manage HR administrative tasks, ensure training compliance, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide answers to employee HR-related questions. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees across all locations, addressing questions related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Provide guidance on HR processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations, as well as supporting managers in resolving employee relations issues, and/or facilitating performance management conversations.
- Ensure field employees complete all required in-service training and certifications, including tracking and documentation.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires while maintaining compliance with documentation and pre-employment checks
- Maintain and update employee information in HR systems such as PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy in roles, hours worked, and other key data.
Job Qualification
**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination roles.
- Experience managing employee training, recruitment, and compliance in a multi-site setting.
- College or University diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably within healthcare or multi-location environments.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
