Primary Duties Reporting to the Manager, Service & Gas Operations, the successful student will provide support to Service & Gas Operations staff in the areas of data entry, filing, timesheet collection and auditing as well as other related duties as required using various systems. Education, Certification and Other Qualifications Required - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word & Excel) required. - Superior organization skills. - Ability to perform well independently and as a team player. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to keep sensitive information confidential. - Adaptability in a changing environment. - Ability to manage high volume workloads under time sensitive conditions. - Conscientiousness and attention to detail. Special Working Conditions/Conditions of Employment - Full-time student at a recognized post-secondary educational institution, and returning to full time attendance in the Fall of 2020. - Completion of a Criminal Record Check at the employee's own expense, and to the satisfaction of Utilities Kingston. - Valid Class "G" driver's license, considered an asset.
