Tri-City Concussion Clinic is a brand-new multidisciplinary clinic located in Cambridge. We offer a wide range of rehabilitation treatments including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Psychology and much more.

We are currently seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team of Therapists. You would work as part of our team, communicating daily about treatment plans and patient progress with our Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and RMTs.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Certification form an accredited school
- All professional licenses are to be current and in good standing
- Experience working with MVA, WSIB and EHC patients
- Experience with Concussions an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Strong time management skills essential

Specific Job Description:

- Execute patient treatment plans (i.e. exercises, modalities)
- Supervise patient exercises in the gym
- Consult with patients’ primary therapist regarding including additional therapists, changes in patient conditions, treatment strategies, suggestions
- Administer modalities (as per therapists directives) including laser, TENS, shockwave, Interferential current therapy (IFC), heat and cold therapy
- Maintain and sanitize the gym and modality room
- Clean the hydrocollator bi-weekly
- Ensuring that prescribed treatment plans are followed
- Document complete SOAP notes for patients you see
- Ensure patients are booking follow up appointments
- Provide a patient centered experience
- Adhere to all modalities contraindications
- Assist with laundry when possible
- Perform general office tasks as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
