**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Support the training and development of team members to enhance their skills in cashiering, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
- Lead by example in promoting sales initiatives and achieving store goals through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with management to negotiate vendor contracts and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's standards.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail management or as a clerk is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with proven ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is essential.
- Experience in training development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors or partners to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Drain motor oil, change oil filter
- Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
- Inspect and top off fluids
- Inspect and install engine and cabin air filters
- Perform coolant exchanges
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- Maintain cleanliness of work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Make recommendations based on manufacturer intervals
- Preform seasonal tire changes and rotations

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
