**Boreal Forest Provincial Park in Falcon Lake**

I am writing on behalf of the South Whiteshell Medical Centre Inc., located in the beautiful Falcon Lake community, nestled within the boreal forest of the south Whiteshell Provincial Park. Our clinic is a registered charity whose mandate is to provide medical care to our area.

We are seeking a family physician. The caseload here supports a 5-7 day walk-in or appointment clinic, providing ample opportunities for patient care and professional growth. The physician would be responsible for their own billings, staffing as needed, managing all medical supplies, and providing your medical insurance coverage. There are 3 examination rooms (one presently rented to a massage therapist), a waiting room, washroom with shower, and a small office area. The clinic is attached to the Falcon location of the South Whiteshell Volunteer Fire Department and is next door to the Southern Health Ambulance building.

Fees: The South Whiteshell Medical Centre Inc. will not take any portion of the physicians billing fees.

The Medical Centre charity will cover all (other) expenses including rent, utilities, maintenance, and building insurance at no charge to the physician.

A year-round home owned by the Medical Centre charity is available within the townsite, at reasonable rent, and provides walking distance access to the clinic, as well as shops, beaches, golf course, restaurants, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, the community center/fitness center (whiteshellcommunityclub.ca), and the nursery to grade 10 school. You can also enjoy activities such as cross-country and downhill skiing, fishing, boating, horseback riding and sailing with the Falcon Sailing Club (falconsailingclub.ca).
