**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and facility grounds.- Follow cleaning and sanitation checklists and schedules.- Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers) and report malfunctions.- Perform sanitation of food processing equipment, tools, and utensils according to regulatory standards.- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies.- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.- Adhere to PPE requirements, including gloves, hair and beard nets, smocks, etc.- Work in varying temperature environments, including cold, hot, and humid conditions.
- Complete additional general tasks as assigned to support facility operations.

- Previous experience in janitorial, sanitation, or facility maintenance, preferably in a food production setting.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and food hygiene.
