Job Title: Cleaner/Janitor

About the Role: Dobson chrysler is seeking a dependable and hardworking Cleaner/Janitor & Maintenance Support professional to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment. This role combines regular cleaning and janitorial tasks with light maintenance support, ensuring our facilities remain in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Janitorial Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
  • Empty garbage bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
  • Restock cleaning and restroom supplies.
  • Wash windows, doors, and other surfaces as required.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and keep supply/storage areas organized.

Qualifications:

  • Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to use cleaning supplies, tools, and basic maintenance equipment safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to pitch in where needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation
