**Job Overview**:

We are currently seeking a **skilled and experienced Paint Technician**to join our dynamic team in Elliot Lake. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading underground mining operation where safety, precision, and quality are top priorities.**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Operate spray guns, sandblasters, and other painting tools in accordance with safety standards.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and durability.
- Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with local occupational safety, health and air pollution control regulations including Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and with all safety precautions recommended by paint manufacturer.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or automotive painting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment is an asset.
