**The opportunity**
- **Location & Department**: Reports to Senior Manager, Internal Communications within the People & Culture team at March of Dimes Canada at _99 Duncan Mill Road _ _Toronto, ON M3B 1Z2 ._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft, edit, and digitally format communications materials.
- Coordinate internal communications calendar and maintain distribution lists.
- Support virtual and in-person employee events such as Town Halls and leadership meetings.
- Measure effectiveness of communications through feedback channels and recommend creative amplification strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, Marketing, Public Affairs, IT, and Facilities.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant internal communications experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp; knowledge of SharePoint and accessibility standards is an asset.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
