As an Investor Services Associate at Pinnacle Fund Services, you will:
- Be an important member of a tight-knit team of experienced, qualified professionals who perform as an extension of the client’s finance team
- Be part of a work environment where your work will be appreciated, your efforts will be recognized and where you will be challenged daily
- Work with Hedge Fund & Private Equity fund structures.
**Responsibilities**
- Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents according to funds offering documents and appropriate tax and AML/KYC requirements.
- Validate and release investor communications and statements.
- Review and processing of capital calls, commitments and distributions according to fund documents.
- Communicate with investors and investment managers as necessary
- Prepare and facilitate processing wires for redemptions and distributions as required
- Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests as required by clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned by manager
**Desired skills and experience**
- Prior Investor Services or client relations experience is desired, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change
- Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of AML, FATCA/CRS and Tax procedures is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills is a plus.
