**Company Description**

This role is for you if you have an Investor Services/Relations background and want to grow your career.
As an Investor Services Associate at Pinnacle Fund Services, you will:
- Be part of a work environment where your work is appreciated, your efforts are recognized, and you are engaged daily.
- Work with Hedge Fund & Private Equity fund structures.
**Responsibilities**
- Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents according to funds offering documents and appropriate tax and AML/KYC requirements.
- Review AML/KYC information as it pertains to investor on-boarding in accordance to fund and/or regulatory requirements.
- Conduct ongoing due diligence with investors and reach out where applicable for missing or expired information.
- Communication with investment managers, investors, external parties and other ad hoc requests in accordance with internal policies.
- Review & process closings for Private Equity Funds.
- Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors where Pinnacle provides FATCA / CRS Services.
- Validate and release investor documents and communications in accordance with investor and fund management instructions.
- Ensure distribution information is up to date and compliant in accordance with investor and fund management instructions.
- Prepare and review FATCA/CRS reporting and file with relevant authorities.
- Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests as required by clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
**Desired skills and experience**
- Prior Investor Services or client relations experience is required
- Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change
- Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Canadian, Cayman and Bermuda regulatory requirements an asset
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are a plus
