**Job Overview**: Truck Driver - Class 5
**IMMEDIATE NEED** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The Driver is responsible for safe and timely pickup and delivery of vehicles within Canada and the US.

Duties include vehicle inspections, loading and offloading car carrier; timely and accurate completion of daily logs, fuel, mileage and run sheets; exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities include:

- Load and unload cars, trucks and vans as required.
- Pickup and delivery of vehicles through designated locations (local, inter-provincial and US).
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer.
- Report to Dispatch on a daily basis for loads and instructions, maintain regular communication with Dispatch to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Follow all Hours-of-Service regulations.
- Follow all speed and traffic regulations.
- Report damages to cargo and truck immediately to the Manager/Supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.

- Proven experience and clear driver abstract.
- Experience using Tandem axle auto hauler tractor with sleeper and Cottrell trailer.
- Proper loading, load securement and weight distribution techniques.
- Proper tie down techniques to prevent injuries and accidents.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
