**Overview**:
Under the direction of the Verb’s Account Manager - Professional, we are looking for a collaborative, analytical and organized Account Coordinator to join our professional sales team. The primary responsibilities of this role include processing and troubleshooting all EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions and manual Purchase Orders (POs) for Verb’s professional distributor partners. You will be the central point of communication between our Sales, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to support business plans, maximizing shipments and revenue every month. The Account Coordinator have full ownership of the order process and will maintain direct communication with internal and external teams on order status, order discrepancies, out of stocks, fill rates, shipping delays, deductions, etc.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for complete order cycle including daily PO processing and tracking for core replenishment, promotions, new launches, gratis and sampling orders.
- Work closely with Account Manager on newness, promotions and sampling forecasts and PO tracking to ensure correct inventory allocation, to meet monthly and quarterly sales budgets.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure on time shipments, considering backorders, inventory allocation and in DC requirements.
- Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams to monitor production and ETAs for core, new launches and promotions, aligning with business objectives and monthly sales targets.
- Work with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure shipping, routing, labeling, and logistics requirements are reviewed and compliant for each account.
- Communicate with the warehouse for confirmed shipping dates, tracking numbers, Bill of Lading, packing lists, and production order status.
- Monitor daily Open Order Reports for US and CA and communicate on order status, price or QTY discrepancies, back orders, fill rates, delays and extension requests.
- Communicate directly with accounts on POs receipts, including order updates, back orders and ETAs, shipping delays, extension requests, etc.
- Track and record all backorders on the backorder log and report weekly/monthly fill rates to Sales and Supply Chain teams.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Sales and Supply Chain teams to address any order fulfillment issues and ensure we are on track to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accounts are balanced and deductions are processed every month.
- Process and dispute/minimize all chargebacks and credits for order discrepancies, markdowns, promotions, advertising, commercial support, and tradeshow/events.
- Process and dispute/minimize all returns (RTVs), testers and damages.
- Troubleshoot all steps within order management to help identify and execute various improvements to the processes
- Assist sales team with vendor item set up and other product forms for new SKUs and current SKU maintenance.
- Manage B2B website including item set up, sku maintenance, inventory updates, image and video updates, customer approvals and successful customer outreach.
- Occasional special projects & tasks according to the needs of the business
**Skills & Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a wholesale environment, preferably in consumer goods
- Customer-first mentality regarding order processing and fulfillment
- Strong data analytics and Excel skills, including but not limited to Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in small team environment
- Highly organized with the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
- Superior attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment and amongst all levels of the organization
- Proficient in problem-solving, research, and follow up to both internal and external teams
- Experience working with EDI transactions and IT systems; SAP experience is a plus
