**Office Assistant**
Location: Ste. Agathe, MB
Duties and Responsibilities: At the direction of management, you are responsible for office tasks such as: answering phones, weighing trucks in and out, assembling information needed to ship loads, data entry of load production, invoicing and settling incoming and outgoing loads, reconciling freight bills, assembling contracts, and helping with other daily office tasks.

- Ensure all documentation is complete and correct through the entire shipping and receiving process.
- To operate in a safe, clean, profitable, and fun work environment built on a team mentality.
- Invoicing and settling incoming and outgoing product.
- Ensure we have all steps of the processes completed. (arranging freight, ensuring you have all information from customers needed)
- Assisting in various office tasks that are required to be completed.
- Data entry of both load information and production information.
- Helping out customers and informing them of changes or amendments to loads.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous office experience is an asset
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Computer literate, well versed in Microsoft office, (Word, Excel and Office).
- Salary: From $19 an hour
