**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging, interactive, and hands-on coding lessons to students aged 8-17 years.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans and curriculum to suit individual student needs and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their coding skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve and develop course materials and teaching techniques.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Assist with organizing and facilitating coding-related events, workshops, and competitions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching coding or programming to children or teenagers, preferably in a classroom setting.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with popular coding platforms and tools for kids, such as Scratch, Blockly, and Tynker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of coders.
- A background check and fingerprint clearance will be required.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in teaching robotics, game development, or web development.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching standards for K-12 computer science education.
- Experience in organizing or participating in coding clubs, hackathons, or coding competitions.
