This position is not JUST repair You have the ability to work with Telus in a team environment and earn commission

**Key Responsibilities**
- Repair all smart phones, tablets, laptops and corporate electronics.
- Provide and illustrate technical support to customers on site and off site.
- Perform team related tasks
- Update and maintained work-orders for each and every device being repaired.
- Conduct on the fly diagnostics of problems pertaining to customer relations & their electronic devices.
- Handle the POS system.
- Ability to perform or learn soldering involving surface mount, fine pitch, integrated circuits and multi
- conductor connectors.
- Follow work instructions, including production drawings, notes and verbal direction.

ï Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals,

ï Must have the ability to appropriately handle sensitive or confidential information.

ï Must be able to prioritize work, meet deadlines and concentrate on detail in a fast-paced

work environment.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Retail environment. There is a normal volume of noise when receiving incoming telephone calls. The ability to lift, carry and push weight up to 50 pounds, and ability to stand and walking is also required.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- repair: 5 years (preferred)
- small electronics repair: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 5 years (preferred)
