**Description**:**

**Duties**:**
- Prepare and configure hardware and software for deployment in educational and administrative settings.
- Perform system imaging and software installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the deployment.
- Provide user support and training on Windows 11 features and functionalities.
- Accurately update Helpdesk tickets and resolutions, including asset information, in the Helpdesk ticketing System.
- Use the Helpdesk ticketing system to manage daily work assignments and priority tickets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide training on HWCDSB endpoint devices and software to staff, both individually and in groups.
- Recognize and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support Audio-Visual equipment across school board networks, including interactive projectors and sound systems in classrooms, meeting rooms, and auditoriums.
- Duties as assigned.

**Projects**:**
- Windows 11 Hardware Refresh Rollout.
- iPad and Computer System configurations and deploys.

**Qualifications**:**
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related post
- secondary program.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maturity in handling confidential information.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to various sites within the HWCDSB geographic area.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10Kg (e.g., computers, monitors, UPS units).
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

**Salary**:**Minimum Wage plus 4% Vacation Pay
