**Hy-Mark Mechanical** is a trusted provider of residential HVAC and Plumbing services. We have been serving homeowners and residential new construction builders in Guelph, Kitchener, and surrounding areas for over 25 years. With new ownership and new management, we are preparing to grow and looking to add a **Outside Sales Advisor** to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and driven to want to be their best daily
- Organized, time-management and prioritization, detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers
- Driver's License

**Specific qualifications for the Outside Sales Advisor position include**
- Business to consumer sales is an asset but not required
- Proven record of accomplishment in sales
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with Technology
- Flexibility to work during the day, evenings, and some weekends
- Prior experience in HVAC is not required but an asset

**Responsibilities**

As an Outside Sales Advisor it is your responsibility to build great relationships with customers and educate the customer on what system is best for them based on their needs. You will be responsible for submitting detailed paperwork for your sales.

**Your specific duties as an Outside Sales Advisor will include**
- Engaging new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort needs
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
- Communicate with office staff and installers to ensure a positive experience for the customer from start to finish

**Compensation**
