As an Overnight Childcare Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing overnight support, meal preparation, and basic housekeeping for a foster home. Your flexibility and adaptability will be key as you navigate the dynamic demands of the role. We're seeking someone who exudes confidence, motivation, and professionalism, while also demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. **Position Details**:

- ** Hours: Part time 16hrs per week Friday & Saturday nights**:

- **Start Date: Immediate**:

- ** Wage: $18-$20per hr**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Remaining awake and alert throughout all working hours
- Ensuring adherence to the home's Fire Safety Plan for a safe working environment
- Conducting room checks as required and accurately documenting tasks completed
- Attending to childcare needs during overnight hours
- Performing basic housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and kitchen maintenance
- Managing kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Disposing of waste and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home

**Qualifications**:

- Childcare experience or education (ECE or Youth Care Worker preferred)
- Ability to cultivate effective relationships with children, supervisors, and partnering agencies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Criminal records check (within 3 months)
