Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Primary - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all ABH long-term care and housing sites
- Maintain and update recruitment materials (job ad templates, interview guides, etc.)
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing timely reports to the HR Business Partner
Secondary - Employee Experience & HR Support Services
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities in collaboration with site-based HR staff
- Assist with the administration of staff perks and benefit programs
- Contribute to organization-wide internal communications and employee lifecycle consistency
- Maintain employee records in line with policies and relevant legislation
- Provide occasional HR coverage and support to individual sites as needed
Qualifications & Experience
1. Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and employee services
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple sites, including remote hiring processes is required
- Experience working in a unionized healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred
2. Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ATS systems is preferred
- Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices in healthcare

**Job Type**:
Full-time, permanent remote position with understanding that it will require a hybrid arrangement based on demands of the role
Working Hours/Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shifts, with occasional flexibility required to meet operational needs
