We are seeking an enthusiastic, bright, multitasking, and self-motivated experienced Parts Specialist to join our team to work out of our Dartmouth office. A quick thinker, your flexibility and adaptability are key to constantly changing demands and priorities. You are resourceful and autonomous when taking on new tasks relying on problem-solving skills to make it all work

As the gatekeeper for the office, and extension the head office in St. John’s, you will frequently find yourself in the center of everything that happens on the team. You are extremely pivotal to the success of a well-run, efficient, productive and happy division.

**Parts Specialist duties**
- Assisting dealers with parts selection and lookup
- Receiving incoming parts by following our receiving procedures
- Inventory management: ensuring parts are recorded when taken and billed to jobs, requesting parts adjustments, doing regular inventory counts, and ensuring parts are physically organized
- Using courier websites to create shipments and schedule pick ups
- Tracking warranty claims and returning CORES as required
- Packaging parts in a professional, tidy, and protected manner
- Assisting couriers with pick ups and drop offs
- Delivering parts to local customers

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Similar experience in previous admin/shipping role
- Ability to use Microsoft office suite and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to learn a new software
- Excellent communication skills as coordination with co-workers in other provinces is vital
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly if needed
