Spa Guest Service Agent

**Objective**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**GUEST SERVICES FOCUS**
- Collaborate: Support and collaborate with the Ohspa Manager.

(Ex. In the absence of Spa Manager, complete necessary duties outlined on manager’s daily / weekly / monthly checklist and assist with reviewing and correcting day end reports.)
- Best Guest Experience: Ensure an efficient guest experience, from booking to check out, while meeting established standards of service.
- Run a Tight Ship: Ensure that all front-of-house policies and procedures are in place and adhered to
- Create Responsible Revenue Growth: Practice the fundamental principles of revenue management and utilize revenue management techniques to maximize bookings and average spend while maintaining high quality guest service.

(Ex. Ensure peak day/hour conversion through training and development of front desk associates.)
- Enjoy Problem Solving: Lead the guest problem resolution processes, to ensure that guest service opportunities are resolved quickly and addressed effectively.
- Communicate: Encourage inter-departmental cooperation and communication so that customer service and overall guest/staff satisfaction are at an optimum.
- Be the Neat Freak: Ensure the spa is tidy and looking its best.
- Bring out the Team’s Best: Assist in facilitating staff meetings and create a positive vibe.

**Preferred Education & Qualifications**:

- Minimum one (1) years’ experience in a spa setting desirable
- 2-3 years retail
- Experience in using Point of Sale Systems - Book4Time as an example
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, network systems required
- Strong abilities to prioritize tasks, meet all deadlines, and attention to detail and analytical skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required as are strong customer service focus and problem resolution skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
