**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Coordinating employee training programs and maintaining training records.
- Assisting with employee relations issues and providing support to employees as needed.
- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Supporting HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development.
- Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis.

**Skills and Abilities Required**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Solid knowledge of ESA, Human Rights Legislation, Occupational Health and Safety
- Ability and desire to problem-solve, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building and consultation skills
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with confidential and sensitive matters
- Highly adaptable and possess a self-starting attitude

Frequent use of computers and office equipment is required
