We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee and manage our warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock shortages and excesses.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in warehouse supervision/management role is required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics would be an asset.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
