Patient Coordinator and Client Experience Consultant - Burlington Clinic

Therapeutic Aesthetics is a growing and award-winning Canadian chain of aesthetic and skincare clinics, specializing in filler, Botox treatments, lasers and other nonsurgical technologies. We are currently hiring for the position of Patient Coordinator and Client Experience Consultant for our Burlington, Ontario clinic.

Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously support a professional, warm, and welcoming patient experience that retains and develops relationships
- Act as first point of contact with new patients during the consultation process
- Greet patients, book appointments and proactively increase sales of clinic services to support patient needs through follow up activities and meet sales goals
- Process payments related to clinic services using a POS (point of sale machine)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a solutions-oriented approach to supporting patient inquiries and follow ups
- Open and close reception area, and maintain a clean and tidy clinic environment

Qualifications:
Sales experience and knowledge of nonsurgical medical aesthetics are required
A passion for creating exceptional client experiences
A warm, supportive and professional demeanor
Resourceful with a keen ability to effectively find solutions to client requests
An affinity for our services and patients
Strong communication skills and the ability to engender trust and build strong relationships
Experience with/affinity for consultative selling
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Self-starter, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented
Completion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma is considered an asset
1 + years' experience in a retail, administrative, or front desk environment is considered an asset

This is a Full-time, permanent position.

**Salary**: $24 per hour, plus eligibility for an attractive monthly bonus based on meeting monthly sales targets

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Vacation: Please confirm number of weeks

Covid-19 considerations to keep staff and clients safe (i.e. wear a mask with clients, sterilize high-touch areas in between clients, temperatures taken, etc.)
