- Our YMCA Kids Club programs provide a safe, fun, inclusive environment that encourages children of all abilities to try new things. Our Team Leaders are responsible for leading a team of Activity Leaders to deliver quality before and after school care experiences.

**Your qualifications**
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- 1-2 years’ experience leading a team
- Emergency First Aid and CRC - C & AED
- 20 hours of training in Child Development, Child Guidance and/or Nutrition an asset

**Your responsibilities**:

- Directly supervise and provide leadership to a team of staff
- Plan and implement child-centered programming
- Establish positive relationships and communication with families, staff and key stakeholders
- Complete required administrative tasks

**Location**:Jessie Lee YMCA Kids Club (2064 154 St, Surrey)
- **Rate of Pay**:$24.32 per hour
- **Benefits**: Benefits package +
- **FREE Gym Membership **paid vacation days and sick leave
- **Terms**: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week
- **Shift**:Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00am & 2:00pm - 6:00pm + Admin
** This is a split shift - must be available in the morning AND the afternoon**
