- This temporary, about 2-month, position is fantastic for someone hoping to gain IT experience in a professional setting_
- Under the guidance of the IT Tech Support Team in Toronto, provide support where possible.
- Use Service Now ticket system to track progress and ensure customers receive timely updates.
- Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required.
- Perform installation and configuration of software including operating systems, patches, and 3rd party software.
- Set up hardware as needed.
- Track I.T. asset inventory according to organizational standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Secondary School/High School Diploma (or equivalent)**
- Higher level IT Support course work or certification(s)
- Acute proficiency in Microsoft Suite such as (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a heavy focus on customer service.

- Able to work, Monday - Friday. 9:00 h - 17:00 h and be available to work non-standard business hours occasionally if needed.
- Able to work in this position 100% in-office.
