**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, tailoring instruction to meet the needs of each student.
- Educate students on water safety practices and swimming techniques.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote skill development and confidence in the water.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Swim Instructor running classes independently
- Must have current swimming certifications including the follow: Lifesaving Society Instructor Certificate, NLS, Standard First Aid with CPR-C, Emergency First Aid with CPR-B
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students of varying ages and skill levels.
- A passion for teaching and helping others develop their swimming abilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
