- Home Care Assistance Edmonton Changing the way the world ages. As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the consistent, high-volume staffing of qualified caregivers and clinical professionals. This role requires a versatile professional with a strong background in healthcare recruitment who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and seamlessly integrate into a cooperative team setting.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions for all new field staff to ensure they are prepared to uphold Home Care Assistance's standards of care.
- Administrative Duties: Perform all essential administrative tasks related to the hiring process, including background checks, reference verification, and compliance documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively and collaboratively with the management and administrative team to forecast staffing needs and ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, home care, or related medical field is required.:
- Proven ability to recruit a diverse range of roles, including both clinical/medical and non-medical positions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the versatility to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and contributing positively to a cooperative work environment.
