**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Shift**:Tuesday - Saturday (7pm - 1am)

**Compensation**: Commensurate with experience

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dependable and detailed-oriented Quality Control to join our night operations team. This key role will support our mission of maintaining the highest cleaning and service standards across all clients locations.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine nightly inspections of client facilities to assess cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to company standards.
- Identify deficiencies or service gaps and log corrective actions using mobile inspection software.
- Provide hands-on support to help staff meet or exceed performance expectations
- Prepare and submit clear, concise digital inspection reports, maintaining accurate records of all findings.
- Escalate serious issues, safety hazards, or client complaints to the Facilities Manager or Service Team promptly.
- Promote compliance with health, safety, and security protocols at all job sites.
- Collaborate effectively with the Service Team, Facilities Managers, and Supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient night operations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services (experience in quality control or supervision is a strong asset).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in dynamic field conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using mobile devices and inspection/reporting software (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
