**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, such as Arya Health.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication within the office.

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filling, faxing, and scanning documents
- Answer phones, book appointments, room patients
- Provide support in medical office tasks, including patient check-in and check-out procedures. Ex: Taking vital signs (i.e. Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Height and Weight, child exam measurement etc.) on each patient and recording in electronic medical records.
- Manage clinic supplies and inventory
- Verify patient information and register new patients
- Assisting the Doctors with minor procedures
- Assist with billing processes and MSP verification
- Cleaning and sterilizing the clinic, materials and instruments
- Support other office tasks to keep operations running smoothly

**Experience**
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication and documentation.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
- Strong administrative skills with experience in office management or front desk operations.

**Expected hours**:25-30 per week

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Medical Clinic: 1 year (preferred)
