- **The Job**:_
- Daily preparation and consistent execution of menu items on assigned stations.
- Independently setting up and taking down all assigned stations.
- Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as directed.
- Restocking all line items throughout shift as needed or directed.
- Contributing to the completion of daily prep lists in advance of service.
- Cleaning and maintaining all stations in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
- Understanding how to effectively use and maintain all kitchen equipment as needed.
- Completing all assigned regular deep cleans duties, sanitation procedures, and daily temperature checks.
- Following the organizational system of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Assisting with dishwashing as needed or directed.
- Actively contributing to positive and productive communication between team members and management.
- Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents to ensure follow up and prevention.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by Senior Line Cooks or any Management Team member.

**What we are looking for**:

- 2+ years of work experience in restaurant kitchens is required.
- Previous work experience as a restaurant Line Cook will be an asset.
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required.
- Valid Food Handler's Certification will be an asset.

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
