**Sales Trainee Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or related experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing, sales, retail, or performance-driven roles is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn service offerings and clearly explain benefits to customers.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with tracking activity and results.
- Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with interest in growth, leadership, and territory responsibility.
