Why This Role is Important: What You'll Do: - Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying trends and proactively working with operational leaders on opportunities to grow the business - Develop financial models for new and existing products and growth initiatives. - Monitor performance of products and initiatives using data to optimize conversion and profitability - Building financial models to track key strategic investment initiatives to understand business performance - Perform sensitivity analysis to monitor and evaluate financial performance of strategies - Assist business partners to identify opportunities for growth, areas of risk and concern - Working with large amounts of complex data and information from multiple sources and produce summaries to present to business partners - Interact with business partners across the businesses to plan, oversee, review, and interpret findings - Prepare Board of Director’s material as required What You'll Need: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance department with analytical and planning experience - A degree in Finance, or Business related field - Knowledge of the retail & banking industry would be an asset - Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills; can see the "big picture" in a complex environment - Strong writing and presentation skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations in a concise manner - Strong people, process and project leadership skills - Ability to confidently and effectively interact with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships - Self-starter, with accuracy and attention to detail who works well in a team as well as with mínimal supervision - Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities within structured deadlines and deliverables Number of Openings: 1 - PC Financial recognizes Canada's diversity as a source of national pride and strength.
