**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess clients’ skincare needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their individual concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on the benefits and proper use of pharmaceutical skincare products.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest pharmaceutical skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to skincare and client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust product recommendations as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations and product usage.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise and stay current in the field.
- Coach and mentor team members, setting up training meetings to ensure consistent and high-quality client care.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring that all pharmaceutical skincare products are well-stocked and properly managed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical skincare or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical-grade skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.
- Strong understanding of skin biology and dermatology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in coaching and training team members.
- Experience in inventory control and management.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in skincare or pharmaceuticals (preferred but not required).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
