**What This Position is About**:
The incumbent works closely with School Leaders to support the operational aspects of effective recruitment, selection, orientation, and onboarding of full
- time and contract faculty and part-time program support staff within the assigned School, including those run through Continuing Education & Contract Training. The incumbent provides proactive support in the planning and creation of faculty and staff assignments ensuring consistency with college policies and procedures, collective and local agreements and contract terms and conditions, including pay rates. The incumbent has functional responsibility for the creation of Standard Workload forms, and contract faculty contracts on a semester-by-semester basis. The incumbent provides administrative support to the Academic Chair and Continuing Education Manager, as needed.

**Work Schedules**:
This position has been designated as hybrid/partially remote and is expected on-site 50% of the time.
