Are you reliable, hardworking, and experienced in the cleaning industry? We are currently seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to support our dynamic property management company.

▶ **Compensation: $20-24/hour based on experience**

We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage unit turnover cleaning and take care of our common areas. This role is crucial in providing our residents with a comfortable, clean, and welcoming living environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Unit turnover cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks to prepare units for new tenants.

2. Common area maintenance: Ensure that shared spaces within our apartments remain clean, sanitary, and visually appealing.

3. Supply management: We'll provide all necessary cleaning supplies - you'll ensure they are used effectively and responsibly.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous cleaning experience, particularly within the property management industry.

2. Reliable personal vehicle to facilitate commute between properties.

3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

4. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.

5. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
