We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with door experience to join our team that could provide general retail maintenance repairs. Day to day work includes visiting various retail stores across the GTA, using company service vehicle, to complete service calls.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
*Overhead Doors

*Loading Docks

*Hollow Metal Man Doors and Frames

*Impact Doors

*GLA Mandoors and Operators

*Storefront Security Gates and Grills

*Traffic Gates/Barrier Arms and Operators

*Fitting Room/Washroom Stall Doors (Doors, Hinges, Locks)

*Panic Bars, Door Closers, Hinges, Locksets, Levers
*Other various small maintenance repairs

**Considered an asset, but not a requirement**:
*Ability to repair storefront security grilles
*Ability to repair and install overhead doors and docks

**Applicant must**:

- Have experience repairing office and warehouse doors
- Have a valid G class license with a clean driving record
- Experience with using power tools
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to fill out work orders
- Ability to use maps or smartphone apps to find new job sites
- Be willing to complete safety training
