Read on **Job description**: You’re both a thinker and a doer - Together with our strategy, design and development teams, you will understand our clients' needs and recommend strong digital marketing strategies to match. Also, you will take part in turning these strategies into tangible results by running, monitoring and optimizing the marketing initiatives and funnel strategy. Additionally, you will be working closely with our UX/UI specialists to analyze our client’s current website and suggest design changes to improve conversion, CRO and sales. The main responsibilities of this role are: - Drive positive ROI for our clients by building, planning, and executing on client growth initiatives and campaigns. - Build innovative and exciting digital marketing strategies for our clients and advise them thereof. - Create client proposals and presentations. - Participate in sales meetings and showcase your knowledge. - Collaborate with internal (design, development) and external teams on projects to drive growth and efficiency. - Leverage a constant test-and-learn approach to drive client ROI and conversion rates. - Help your team structure our offering and structure our processes. **Requirements**: To be considered for this position, we require you to have: - Previous experience as a Growth Marketer, Demand Generation Marketer, Digital Marketing Consultant or Product Marketing Manager. - Previous experience both in B2B and B2C positions is a plus. - Previous experience in agencies is a big plus. - It's great that you have your area of expertise - but you understand the entire digital marketing funnel and initiatives to improve TOFU, MOFU and BOFU. - A never-ending desire to optimize flow/targeting/audience strategies. - Full of ambition, intellectual curiosity and an appetite for entrepreneurial projects. - Excellent written and oral communication skills (English). - Bilingual French/English is a plus but not a deal-breaker. **Salary and Perks**: - $70,000-$90,000/year based on experience - 4 weeks vacation - Yearly one-week team trip to Europe - Flexible work hours and hybrid work location (at least 2 days a week in the office) - Comprehensive health & dental insurance - Weekly “5 à 7” - Voluntary sports and e-sports clubs **Meet the team**: Matt Lalonde (me) - Growth Marketing Lead I’m a passionate, outspoken and no-nonsense intrapreneur with 17 years of experience in the digital marketing sphere.
